Donna L. Ferullo
Special Counsel, Office of Legal Counsel, Purdue University
Donna L. Ferullo is a copyright consultant primarily in higher education environments. She advises academic libraries, university faculty and staff on copyright in teaching and research as well as on archival issues and author publishing agreements. In addition, she provides copyright expertise to university legal counsel. Ms. Ferullo is currently Special Counsel in the Purdue University Office of Legal Counsel & the former Director of the University Copyright Office. She is also an Emerita professor. In her role as Special Counsel, she advises the University on copyright compliance issues and is responsible for educating the Purdue University community on their rights and responsibilities under the copyright law.
