Join us for an engaging and practical 1-hour seminar designed specifically for general practitioners: Discover Patent Law for the General Practitioner. This session is designed to help the general practitioner provide value to his clients by familiarizing the attorney with the legal, economic and business environment of patents, and the new product business world. The goal is to place the attorney in a position wherein he can give her clients that helps the client move from just a neat idea to a product on a retailer’s shelf. Led by our presenter, Vic Indiano, you'll gain clear, actionable insights to better help your clients navigate the world of patents and new product introduction.

Mr. Indiano received his bachelor's degree in chemistry and economics from Indiana University (1977) and his Juris Doctor from Indiana University at Indianapolis (1982). He has been registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office since 1981 and has been engaged in private practice in the areas of patent, trademark, and copyright law since 1982. Mr. Indiano has been the author of numerous publications and has spoken to and/or written articles for a wide variety of groups including the Indianapolis Business Journal, Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (the most handsome of the group), the Indiana Institute for New Business Ventures, Inventure, the Indiana Entrepreneurship Academy, the Indiana Small Business Development Conference, the Indiana Inventor's Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association. He has been a presenter may times for the Indiana Bar Association at the annual Solo and Small Firm Conference.
