Considerations to be addressed include the competing interests of spouses, children, and stepchildren; safeguarding family harmony, and utilizing advanced legal instruments to ensure equitable and tax-efficient asset distribution. Our objective is for you to gain practical insights and guidance to help your clients achieve their financial legacy goals while mitigating potential conflicts.
