ICLEF Mourns the Passing of Teresa L. Todd

ICLEF has learned of the passing of one of our dearest friends, Terri Todd. 

Terri was an extraordinary attorney, litigator, and mediator as well as a life-long learner, teacher and leader for ICLEF. Our hearts are heavy as we reflect on her remarkable career and the generosity she displayed with her time and talents to ICLEF and the practicing bar.

Terri had been involved in the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum in nearly every capacity for over three decades including author, presenter, seminar chair, Board member, Executive Committee member, and was active as an Emeritus Board member of ICLEF at her passing. Terri served as ICLEF’s President from July 2020 to July 2022. Her efforts in CLE are prolific and too numerous to list as they span over 40 years of service and dedication.

Terri truly cared for the rule of law and worked tirelessly in her practice and through her efforts with ICLEF as well as the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) to promote strong advocacy and civility in the Indiana legal system. Terri Todd was bestowed the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023 and had served on the ITLA Board of Directors since 1992 and was an ITLA past president as well.
